I ordered from outside the US and was a little worried about customs fees. But it arrived without any issues, and the charges were about what I expected, well, maybe a tiny bit less than I was bracing for. Shipping took a little while, but that’s normal for international orders. Overall, I’m happy with it and would order again.

I’m giving this 2 stars because the clothes themselves were okay, but the packaging was really disappointing. I had already been waiting longer than I expected for the order to arrive, so it was frustrating to finally get it and see the bag ripped open on one side like it had been dragged around. One of the items was almost falling out when it got to me. For the price, I expected better packaging. Not the best first impression.

I’ll be honest, the second I had a small issue with my order, I assumed it was going to turn into a whole annoying back-and-forth. But I messaged customer service anyway, and they actually got back to me quickly. The person was nice, understood what I was saying right away, and fixed it without making it a big hassle. My first reaction was definitely wrong on this one — super happy with how it was handled

I picked up a pair of leggings and a tee from Alphalete, and like I said, the fabric is really nice. It’s soft without feeling super thin, and it didn’t get scratchy or annoying after wearing it for a while. I wore them for a workout and then kept them on around the house because they were that comfy. Like I said, really nice stuff and I’d definitely buy again

I bought a pair of leggings and a sports bra, and they looked really cute when they first arrived. But after just a few washes, the fabric started feeling strange and the seams began coming loose. For the price, I really expected them to last longer than this. I’m disappointed and would appreciate some kind of compensation or resolution.

I ordered a pair of leggings, and honestly... the color was pretty much exactly like the pictures on the site!! I really appreciate that, because you never know with online shopping, you know???
The fit looked the same as it did on the model too, which was a nice surprise!! No weird surprises when it showed up... what I saw online is basically what I got. I'd definitely order again!!!

"Alphalete is a HUGE SCAM!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!"

I ordered from Alphalete because of another influencer's recommendation, and it’s been a complete nightmare. I paid for shipping protection, my packages were stolen after delivery, and they refused to cover the loss. They only refunded the protection fee and basically showed me the middle finger — not the stolen items.

My biggest mistake was not checking Trustpilot before ordering. They have a 1-star rating. At this point, I will be filing a chargeback with my bank. If you’re dealing with the same situation, don’t let them keep your money. I hope they go out of business.

"Way Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered from Alphalete i kind of blame myself for assuming it was going to take forever. It actually showed up way quicker than I expected, and the tracking updated without any weird delays or confusion. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, so I really can’t complain at all. "Checkout turned into a whole hassle"
I was just trying to buy a pair of shorts, but the payment kept failing even though my card was totally fine. I tried again and ended up with a pending charge, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. When I contacted support, it felt like I got stuck in a loop, they took a while to reply and basically just kept telling me to wait instead of actually helping. The clothes might be nice, but the checkout process definitely needs work. Not a great first experience.

I actually had a good time using the Alphalete site, which is always a pleasant surprise because apparently that’s not guaranteed on the internet anymore. Pages loaded quickly, the menus made sense, and I could find sizes, colors, and my cart without feeling like I was solving a puzzle for a prize I didn’t want.
Checkout was smooth too, which I really appreciated. No random popups jumping out at me, no weird extra steps, and no moment where I questioned my life choices. Just a clean, easy site that did exactly what it was supposed to do
