I received confirmation that my order had been delivered but never received it, then was suggested that I wait another 24 hours to see if they just confirmed the delivery before dropping it off. I waited 48 hours and still hasn’t received anything. Then I submitted a contact form stating it had been 3 days since the order was marked as delivered. Then I was informed that it is normal for orders to be marked as delivered up to 5 days prior to being actually delivered. We’re now over a week from when my order was marked as delivered and I have not received my package

The product is so good, I just might go bankrupt. It is a great product 10/10. It is soft, snug but not constrictive. Feels like a hug that makes you look fine AF. So do it, treat yourself, you work hard for it.

I loved how quick it got here but, everything was packaged beautifully. But my leggings were all see through 🫨 so now I can’t even wear them in the gym…

Good clothes but if you don't allow refunds on certain items, people cannot try on first to see if it fits. Not possible to compete with Amazon with the current return policy. Someone would really have to like your clothes that much better to not search for alternative brands on Amazon since your return policy doesn't work well. If not already, at a minimum, make it very clear on the cart on each item if it's returnable or not instead of just having the return policy listed, but this is still not an ideal solution.

Material is stretchy. Not true to size. Went to return/exhange for a smaller size and the return process seems like a hassel.

They are running a scam here. Do not buy their clothing online unless you know you are going to keep it. They make BS excuses to not refund your money. Very poor customer service. Its a shame this company is taking money that should be going to better businesses during these tough times! Lulu is better anyways. Quick question, many of these 5 star reviews are even real? They sound fake, just read em'.

Color was not as described. Thought it would be more navy but it’s Ursula purple and super not cute :( very disappointed

Very disappointed, buyers beware! I bought 2 Amplify Shorts in Oak and Shadow, both in size M. The Oak Shorts fit me perfectly, but the Shadow is too large & way more stretchy than the Oak. The Shadow shorts is so large that it gave me a huge waist gap and weird fabric bunching in front. The Shadow shorts fit more like a size XL rather than M.

When I contacted Customer Service about this huge size difference, they were unhelpful and gave a BS reason saying that the size difference was due to the dyeing process. If they know the dyeing process could cause such a big size difference, they should've mentioned to size up/ down on the website. I've also bought so many leggings and shorts in different colors from other brands, none of them have such a big size difference between the colors.

I still have not received my order
